A total attack of 18 clearly won't be anyone's reflex at level 12, especially not by 10 or more as per the DC on this Tempered Aggression roll.

Conclusion:
Although there is potential for an infinite attack loop to occur the actually likelihood of a loop long enough to kill multiple adjacent opponents is negligible.
I think the best use of this combo is for 1 shot decimation followed by a free standard action in which to attack again or convert to a move action and run away (since move has been negated by the double swift actions).

Additionally, I have just noticed that at level 12 the reflex defense of an equal level character would be about 25 so the first attack only just beat it. For the mass damage combo I recommend more attack roll buffs.
